Without a complete understanding on how to be a good leader and an awareness of how a manager can harness leadership qualities, organizational growth may not be as efficient.

The fundamental reason this workshop was created is to develop self-awareness, in-still confidence and sense of self-worth. It will equip you with skills to carry out daily living with power and integrity. It also enhances individual and organizational competencies and motivates existing and future leaders. Over 8 years of experience working in hospitality industry. Worked as Kokomo’s Hotel Group General Manager, overseeing all aspects of the hotel and restaurant operations, coaching, mentoring and developing all managers, supervisors and chefs by providing learning opportunities and new tasks.
